Job Description

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasts. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate employee. Greet visitors, maintains visitor log and controls issuance of visitor badges. Schedules conference rooms for meetings. Provides callers with information such as directions to the company, company address, fax numbers, website, and other related information.


Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Able to work collectively with others.
