Title: Senior IC Analog/RF Test Engineer

Location: US-Plano-Tx

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities will be RF IC test program and hardware development on ATE system and drive new products from first silicon to production release. Understanding of full characterization and qualification of silicon and package. The Senior IC Analog/RF Test Engineer will develop production and characterization test programs and hardware to test each device. They will help characterize and qualify each device with respect to silicon and packaging. Some travel may be required to offshore locations. Good written and oral communication skills.

Requirements:

RF IC test program and hardware development on ATE system
BSEE with 5 years or more in analog or RF test/product engineering
Experience on IC ATE system and bench level equipment
Experience in test hardware design and implementation
Good written and oral communication skills needed
