Title: Senior Cost Accountant

Location: Plano, Texas

Job Description:
Primary responsibility will be to ensure an accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and cost of sales accounts. Candidate will assist with process improvement relating to inventory and cost of sales analysis. Candidate will manage and update cost standards, analyze standard cost variances, assist in forecasting gross margins, calculate and analyze inventory reserves. Candidate will forecast cost standards with Manufacturing and Operations personnel. Candidate will prepare schedules to support auditors and related SEC reporting.

Requirements:

BS, BA, or BBA degree with major in accounting with a minimum of 5 years accounting experience and 3 years experience in cost accounting and costing systems including experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong background in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Oracle experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
