Title: Senior Failure and Data Analyst Engineer

Location: US-Plano-TX

Job Description:
Candidate will analyze final test data related to probe and fab. Candidate will monitor production data. Candidate will use data analysis tools and work with multiple cross functional departments to perform failure analysis and evaluate RMAs.

Requirements:

BSEE or MSEE with 5+ years of directly related experience as a Product or Test Engineer.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and yield enhancement.
Experience using tools and data analysis software
Familiar with basic funtionality of electronic circuits and falure analysis of semiconductor ICs.
Knowledge of specficiations in qualification of IC device.
Perl programming skills
Unix experience a plus
Use of microscope
Lift up to 15 pounds
Excellent written and oral communication skills
