James H. Clardy was a venture partner of Austin Ventures, a venture capital firm, from January 1998 to December 2008 when he retired. During that period he served on the Board of Directors of several privately-held technology companies. From October 1997 to January 1998, Mr. Clardy was a private consultant, and from October 1991 until October 1997, he was President of Crystal Semiconductor, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cirrus Logic, Inc. In 1984 he co-founded Crystal Semiconductor and served as its CEO until its acquisition by Cirrus Logic in 1991. He was employed by Texas Instruments in various senior management positions for 21 years and by Harris Semiconductor for four years as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Clardy holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee. |

With more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and cable telecom industries, Steven Craddock is the CTO and Executive Vice President of PCT International. Previously, he was with Comcast Corporation where he was the Senior Vice President of Technology in the Office of the CTO and was responsible for Comcast's evaluation and development of new technologies and services capabilities and their integration into business units within Comcast. In other executive positions with Comcast, Mr. Craddock was involved in the development of many of the technologies and standards that have come to define the cable industry over the past 10 years, including those for current services such as High-Speed Internet, Video-on-Demand, and Voice-over-IP. Prior to joining Comcast, Mr. Craddock was a Vice President at Bell Atlantic Corporation and one of the principle technology figures in Bell Atlantic's early DSL, fiber optic, Cable Television and Interactive Video activities. Mr. Craddock's career with Bell Atlantic and AT&T spanned over twenty years with a diverse background in engineering, operations, product development, strategic planning and executive level positions spanning video, voice and data communications. Mr. Craddock has also served as the CEO of a software development company. Mr. Craddock has consulted in the fields of engineering and computer services, performed due diligence for venture capital work and has served on the advisory boards of numerous companies. |
James Fontaine, with more than twenty-three years of experience in the electronics industry, is CEO and President of Microtune. Mr. Fontaine had been President of Microtune from 1999-2000 and retired from that position, but was asked by the Board of Directors to return to the Company in August, 2003. Prior to joining Microtune, he was President of The Fontaine Group, a firm specializing in high-technology company formation, business plan development and funding. From 1994 - 1996, Mr. Fontaine held various positions at Cirrus Logic, including Vice President and General Manager of the PC Graphics and Video Division and Vice President of Marketing. As Vice President of Marketing at Cirrus Logic, he was responsible for desktop and portable graphics strategy and product marketing activities. In 1991, Mr. Fontaine co-founded and served as President of Pixel Semiconductor, which was acquired by Cirrus Logic in 1994. In 1985, Mr. Fontaine founded and served as Vice President of Marketing for Visual Information Technologies, Inc., a company that developed image-processing technologies for high-end visualization markets. He has also held positions of design engineer and product manager at Texas Instruments and Mostek. Mr. Fontaine received a BSEE from Marquette University in 1980. |
Anthony J. LeVecchio is president and owner of The James Group, a general business consulting firm that has advised CEOs across a range of high-tech industries. He has also served as director, advisor, and executive of private and public companies in a variety of industries, including the semiconductor industry. Prior to forming his own company in 1988, Mr. LeVecchio was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for VHA Southwest Inc., a regional healthcare system, where he structured the corporate financing plans for the company and its four subsidiaries. From 1983 to 1985, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Philips Information Systems, an office automation company. His responsibilities included all treasury and controller duties, MIS development and operations, business planning, and domestic and international distribution. Prior to 1983, Mr. LeVecchio held several financial management positions with Exxon Office Systems and Xerox Corporation. Mr. LeVecchio received a B.A. in Economics and a MBA in Business Administration degree in Finance from Rollins College, Winter Park, FL. |

Bernard Marren is currently the President and CEO of OPTi, Inc., a company that licenses intellectual property for logic chips. He is also the Chairman and Founder of Quorum Systems, Inc., a private fabless semiconductor manufacturing company that develops highly integrated RF transceivers, and a Director of u-Nav Microelectronics Inc., another private RF semiconductor company that delivers low-power chipsets for battery-powered global positioning systems. In a career that spans more than 40 years, Mr. Marren was both a founder of and the top executive with multiple companies that pioneered new semiconductor technologies. He also served as chief executive with a number of high-tech firms, widely regarded for his leadership in sales and marketing, engineering and operations. He has been associated in his career with, among other companies, Western Micro Technology, Inc., Silicon Engineering, Inc., INNO COMM Wireless, American MicroSystems, Inc., and Fairchild Semiconductor. Extending his executive leadership to the electronics industry as a whole, Mr. Marren was a founder and the first President of the Semiconductor Industry Association. He is also a past President and Chairman of the National Electronic Distributors Association and a past President of the Electronic Industry Show Corporation. Drew Peck is a prominent semiconductor analyst and consultant and recognized authority on semiconductor industry trends, particularly in the electronics, digital entertainment and new media industries. He is a current co-founder of Steel Horse Advisors, founded in 2007, a firm that provides strategic consulting and advises on mergers/acquisitions and capital raising. Mr. Peck is a 25-year veteran of Wall Street with more than 20 years as an equity research analyst. Previously, Mr. Peck was a partner with Crimson Investment, a leading venture capital and private equity firm, where he focused on Asian technology investments. Prior to Crimson, Mr. Peck was with Cowen & Company, leading its Electronics Research Team. At Cowen, Mr. Peck conducted, managed and directed research coverage of more than 100 semiconductor companies. Prior to Cowen, he was with DLJ, as a senior semiconductor research analyst and with Gartner Securities, as a semiconductor industry analyst. Before entering into the financial services industry, Mr. Peck was a member of MIT's Lincoln Laboratory's research staff, where he published numerous papers in the fields of quantum electronics and submillimeter physics. As an analyst, Mr. Peck was named as an Institutional Investor All-Star for 11 years, and was the winner of Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" poll multiple times, and was widely quoted in the media. Mr. Peck graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in Physics and received a MS in Management and a MSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Robert Rast, a recognized industry expert on the technical development and business strategy for digital television, is currently a principal at Tsar Digital. He recently served as Chairman of the Board of the Advanced Television Systems Committee, where he both revitalized the ATSC standard and led the development of the ATSC strategic plan (2006). As senior executive, Mr. Rast led the DTV technical and business initiatives at multiple companies, including Micronas, LINX Electronics, DemoGraFX, Dolby Laboratories, and General Instrument. Mr. Rast has served on a number of industry and technical committees, including the Digital Cinema Advisory Committee, the EIA and NCTA, and he has presented numerous papers before the broadcast television, cable television, consumer electronics, motion picture and satellite industries. He has 13 patents, including those for TV receiver tuning systems and cable TV tuning. Mr. Rast has a BSEE from the University of Maryland with additional study for a MSEE at the University of Pennsylvania. |

Raghu Rau is a strategic advisor specializing in global marketing and business strategy and venture capital and market development for high-technology companies. Mr. Rau currently serves on the Marketing Advisory Board of Cleversafe, Inc., a leader in dispersed data storage technologies and on the Strategic Advisory Board of IOCOM Integrated Communications, a provider of software and related services to companies, research labs, and government institutions. Mr. Rau served as Senior Vice President of the Mobile TV Solutions Business of Motorola, Inc. ("Motorola"), a leading provider of technologies, products and services in the communications industry, from May 2007 until January 2008, and as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Networks & Enterprise of Motorola from March 2006 until May 2007. Mr. Rau served as Corporate Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer from 2001 until 2005. From October 1992 until 2001, Mr. Rau served in various positions within Motorola, including as Vice President of Strategic Business Planning and Vice President of Sales and Operations and held positions in Asia and Europe. Mr. Rau is a former Chairman of the QuEST Forum, a collaboration of service providers and suppliers dedicated to telecom supply chain quality and performance, and was a Director of the Center for Telecom management at the University of Southern California. Mr. Rau also served on the Motorola Partnership Board of France Telecom. Mr. Rau is the recipient of the 2007 Motorola CEO Top Leadership Award. Mr. Rau holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore, India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. |

Travis White is semi retired. He serves on the Board of Directors of several companies, including Staktek Holdings, Inc. (STAK), Microtune, Inc. (TUNE), Microprobe, Inc. and Zilker Labs, Inc. and provides 'CEO coaching' for a number of businesses. Most recently (1998-2000), he was CEO and President of Centillium Communications, Inc. (Fremont, CA), a public fabless semiconductor company focused on chip-set solutions for high-speed DSL applications. Prior to that, Mr. White was President of Sony Semiconductor of America and a Senior Vice President of Sony Semiconductor Company (Japan) from 1995 to 1998. Mr. White spent more than 12 years with LSI Logic Corporation in several senior capacities, including Senior Vice President of European Operations and Vice President of Central Operations. His last position (1991-1996) was as Chairman, CEO and President of LSI Corporation of Canada and Executive Vice President of LSI Logic Corporation (Milipitas, CA). During the period of February 1993 to May 1994, while still Chairman of LSI Logic Corp. of Canada, he joined Western Digital Corporation as Executive Vice President and Group Manager of the Microcomputer Products Group to help execute a corporate turnaround of the semiconductor business. Mr. White has also worked for various other high-tech companies, including Texas Instruments Corporation, Honeywell and Fairchild Camera, in various engineering, manufacturing, and operations and planning positions. Mr. White is a graduate of University of Texas, El Paso with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry. |
